Aura uses AI to generate companion responses and images. AI companions are fictional characters and not real people. You retain ownership of any content you create. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
You may not: reverse-engineer the service, use it to develop competing products, attempt to bypass usage limits, share your account credentials, or use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. Aura contains mature and sexually explicit content generated by AI. By using this service, you confirm that you are a legal adult in your jurisdiction.
All AI characters on Aura are fictional adults (18+). The creation, depiction, or request of any content involving minors (persons under 18) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Aura complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. This service is operated from the United States and may not be available or legal in all jurisdictions. In particular, this service is not intended for use in the People's Republic of China (mainland), where applicable laws may restrict access to such content.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Aura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Aura is not a substitute for professional advice or real human relationships.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
